I didn’t learn property inspections from a textbook. Before founding this company, I spent over 25 years working hands-on in residential and commercial building construction. My deep field experience spans the entire structural life cycle of a property—including concrete foundations, masonry work, framing, drywall, and stucco installation—alongside many years as a veteran roofing professional. I bring a quarter-century of real-world construction knowledge to every property I step onto.

Why I Only Book One Inspection Per Day

Most modern inspection companies operate on high volume—scheduling 2 to 3 properties a day and rushing through their checklists to make their next appointment. I refuse to run my business that way.

When you hire me, you are booking my absolute, undivided attention for the entire day. I schedule exactly one inspection per day. This guarantees that I spend a minimum of 3 to 4 hours on-site (and full days for larger estates and commercial assets) performing a deep-dive forensic evaluation.

• I Walk the Roofs: I don’t rely on generic driveway drone flyovers or binoculars from the ground. If your roof can be safely walked, I personally climb up on the shingles to check the flashing, decking, and structure firsthand.
• I Crawl the Tight Spaces: I don’t just peek my head through an access hatch. If there is clearance, I physically crawl all the way through your attics and crawlspaces to look for structural flaws, foundation settling, or active moisture intrusion.
• You are Always Welcome: When you schedule with me, you hire me personally—I never outsource my work. I strongly encourage buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals to attend the inspection so I can walk you through my findings in plain language and answer your questions without causing unnecessary alarm.
